Changing an Online Giving Payment Method

i.e. Add, Change or Delete a Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account

Although you may have initially signed up for online giving from St. Mark’s website, or from the ChurchLife app for your cellphone, or using the QR code printed in the Sunday bulletin, in order to make changes to your payment methods, you must log in to ACCESS directly from a browser at .

1. Sign into ACCESS.

2. Under “Giving” in the main menu, select “My Scheduled Giving” even if you currently have no scheduled gifts.

3. Select “Manage Payment Methods” on the right side of the window.

4. On the next screen:
a. Click Edit to change information on a particular payment method, such as replace an existing Credit/Debit Card with a new one or change your name or address, or
b. Click Delete to remove a particular Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account, or
c. Click Add New Payment Method to enter a new Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account.

5. Change or enter new information.

6. Click on Submit New Payment Method.
